Winter Registration Packages

Payment Plans (Winter only)

Direct Debit Payment Plans are now available as part of the registration process.   No extra forms are required, and you can choose your own repayments provided a couple of requirements are met, these are:

  1. Minimum of 30% deposit is required at the time of registration,
  2. Regular payments must be made weekly, fortnightly or monthly,
  3. The outstanding balance must be finalised by the 30 June 2022.

If you wish to pay off your registration in regular installments, when registering, choose the "Apply for Payment Plan" option at the checkout. Then follow the prompts to submit your payment arrangement. This will then go to the Treasurer for approval. Once approved you will receive an email to finalise the agreement and to start the direct debits.   All that you need to do then is to make sure there are enough funds available in your account for each direct debit.

Fees are charged by our provider and the club will absorb these fees.   If you do not have sufficient funds in your account at the scheduled debit cycle, penalty fees will be charged and EPFC will pass these on to you.

Package Breakdown (Winter)

We charge an amount each year that is designed to cover all costs associated with the player being a member of the club and playing in the Macarthur Football Association competition.   This includes:
  • To other Football Organisations: the cost of registering the player with Football Federation Australia (including player insurance), Football New South Wales and Macarthur Football Association, the apportioned cost of registering a team with Macarthur Football Association and the annual Macarthur Football Association match fees, and Macarthur District Football Referees Association referee fees for all matches, including test matches and/or finals (where applicable)
  • To run the club: insurance and public liabilities associated with public events, provision of canteen services,  electricity, water, internet and phone, lighting for training, ground hire, mowing, line marking, all costs associated with the week to week training and competition, advertising and other administration overheads, club improvements, and
  • To reward our players: the cost of the end of season trophies, event costs and miscellaneous overheads,

No monies go towards remuneration in the form of wages.


Discounts (Winter)

Early Registration Discounts

As a club we are proud to offer an early registration discount to players who registers before 01 February.

Active Kids Vouchers

Eschol Park Football Club is a registered Active Kids voucher provider, meaning you can redeem your Active Kids voucher during the registration process.

Life Member Discounts

In recognition of the outstanding service that Life members have provided to our club over many years, from 2019 onwards, the club will subsidies (100% discount) their registration fees.

Note: these players do not qualify for any other discount.

Long Serving Members Discounts
In recognition of their commitment to our club, long serving members are reward as follows:
  • 10 to 14 years of continuous service - 10% discount off their registration fees,
  • 15 to 19 years of continuous service - 15% discount off their registration fees,
  • 20 to 24 years of continuous service - 20% discount off their registration fees, and
  • 25 or more years of continuous service - 25% discount off their registration fees.

Note: these players do not qualify for any other discount.

Family Discounts

As a club proud of our family ethics, we appreciate the sacrifices that families make to keep their Pack playing our beautiful game.  To recognise this, we have built a Family Discount into the registration process for the second Player and onwards.   All registrations for a family must occur at the same time, under the same Primary Contact, for this discount to apply.

The discount is calculated for the individual as follows:

  • Player 1, no discount
  • Player 2, 5% discount
  • Player 3, 10% discount
  • Player 4 (and more), 15% discount
Note: Life members and Long Serving members are not part of this calculation as they have already received a discount.

Returning 2021 season player Discounts

As a club proud we are pleased to provide a discount to those players who played with us in the 2021 Covid interrupted season..

The discount is calculated for the individual as follows:

  • 2021 season Pups (U5-U11) $20
  • 2021 season Juniors (U12-U18) $50
  • 2021 season Seniors (AAM & AAW) $60
  • 2021 season M-League (Colts, WML and ML) $75

The Early Bird discounts end on 31 January 2021 (except Wolves discount which finishes earlier) and the regular season registration fee will come into effect.
